Average Chimney Sweep Prices
Expect to pay £65 to £100 for a routine open fire sweep in Eastbourne. Stove and wood burner sweeps sit slightly higher at £75 to £105, since the sweep has to remove and clean the baffle and work through a liner.
Prices here run above the UK average, which mostly reflects higher travel, parking and running costs in the area.
Add ons such as a CCTV camera survey (£100 to £170) or bird nest removal (£90 to £180) are priced separately. Ask whether the quote includes a smoke test and a sweeping certificate.
These are guide prices to help you budget, not quotes. Always confirm the price with the sweep before they arrive.
