Average Chimney Sweep Prices
Expect to pay £65 to £95 for a routine open fire sweep in Harlow. Stove and wood burner sweeps sit slightly higher at £70 to £100, since the sweep has to remove and clean the baffle and work through a liner.
Prices here run above the UK average, which mostly reflects higher travel, parking and running costs in the area.
Add ons such as a CCTV camera survey (£95 to £160) or bird nest removal (£85 to £170) are priced separately. Ask whether the quote includes a smoke test and a sweeping certificate.
These are guide prices to help you budget, not quotes. Always confirm the price with the sweep before they arrive.
