Average Chimney Sweep Prices
Expect to pay £75 to £115 for a routine open fire sweep in London. Stove and wood burner sweeps sit slightly higher at £80 to £120, since the sweep has to remove and clean the baffle and work through a liner.
Prices here run above the UK average, which mostly reflects higher travel, parking and running costs in the area.
Add ons such as a CCTV camera survey (£115 to £190) or bird nest removal (£100 to £200) are priced separately. Ask whether the quote includes a smoke test and a sweeping certificate.
These are guide prices to help you budget, not quotes. Always confirm the price with the sweep before they arrive.
