Average Chimney Sweep Prices
A standard sweep of an open fire chimney in Liverpool typically costs £55 to £85, while a wood burner or multi fuel stove usually costs £60 to £90 because the flue liner and baffle plate need extra care.
Prices here tend to sit slightly below the UK average, though rural callouts can add a travel charge.
Extra work costs more: a CCTV inspection runs £85 to £140 and clearing a bird nest is £75 to £150. Many sweeps offer a discount if you book two flues on the same visit, so it is worth asking.
These are guide prices to help you budget, not quotes. Always confirm the price with the sweep before they arrive.
